Aamra’s Nirvana Country centre is on the third floor of Tower-A, Unitech Business Zone, near The Close South in Sector 50. It’s our only centre open on Saturdays. Seniors come for a morning or afternoon session and go home the same day. The first day is free.

Families from Nirvana Country, South City 2, Sohna Road (Sectors 47 to 49), Malibu Towne, Mayfield Garden, Sushant Lok 2 and 3, and Golf Course Extension Road (Sectors 57 to 62). Pick-up and drop is available as an add-on within 6 km of the centre; if you live further away, call us and we’ll work something out.

We’re on the third floor of Tower-A, Unitech Business Zone, near The Close South in Sector 50. There’s a lift to the third floor, and parking is free.
What happens in a session?
Each session mixes gentle movement for balance and strength, brain games to keep the mind sharp, a social hour with tea and snacks, and something creative: music, art or a guest speaker.
Who is it for?
Older adults who live at home and would enjoy company, routine and staying active. We offer customised plans for members in the early stage of dementia or memory loss. If your parent needs more support than that, call us and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
