1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website www.aamra.life and/or enrolling as a member of Aamra Seniors Club ("the Club"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Aamra Seniors Club provides a social environment, cognitive activities, and wellness programs for seniors.

  • Not a Medical Facility: While we may offer medically supervised elements, the Club is not a hospital or emergency medical center.

  • Activity Participation: Members participate in activities (fitness, trivia, outings) at their own discretion and risk.

3. Membership & Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: Our services are designed for seniors (typically 60+).

  • Admission: The Club reserves the right to refuse admission or membership based on an initial health and behavioral assessment to ensure the safety of all members.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate medical and emergency contact information during enrollment.

4. Code of Conduct

To maintain a peaceful environment for our members, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Verbal or physical abuse towards staff or other members.

  • Disruptive behavior that interferes with the joy and safety of the community. Violation of this code may result in immediate suspension of membership without refund.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Billing: Membership fees for "Club Batches" (Morning/Evening) are payable in advance.

  • Refunds: Refund policies for monthly or quarterly memberships are handled on a case-by-case basis but are generally non-refundable once the batch has commenced.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify fees with a 30-day notice to existing members.

6. Medical Disclaimer & Liability

  • Health Warranty: By using our services, you warrant that the member is fit for the social and gentle physical activities offered.

  • Liability: Aamra Seniors Club, its directors, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that occur during participation in Club activities, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

  • Emergency Consent: In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize the Club to seek immediate medical attention for the member at the nearest hospital at the family’s expense.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, photos of club activities) is the property of Aamra Seniors Club. You may not use our brand assets or "Aamra" name for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the website and membership data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal or medical data to third parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Club shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
